Honey, dinner's ready!



Tonight's menu is...



Spinach tart
Put the cooked spinach and onion on the pastry, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bake for around 12 minutes. Then mix some feta cheese with 2 eggs and a dash of soy milk and cover the tart with the mix. Bake for around 15 minutes. 

Delicious mixed salad
Made of different lettuce types, carrot, avocado, linseed oil, soy sauce and a dash of Spirulina powder.
