Girls treat

Yesterday I spent a beautiful afternoon with my girlfriends getting a good hand treatment (what a bless for winter wounded hands!) and enjoying chai tea and muffins. Here are some inspirations for you to spoil yourself and your friends, too.

One of my friends is an expert of Déesse cosmetic products, so we were treated with the natural, mild products of the brand. Here's a selection of my favourits:

Apricot sea salt crystal hand peeling
Sea salt crystals remove gently desquamated skin cells, at the same time the apricot oil nourishes your hands.
And it smells sooooo good, too!

Apricot mask
Apricot mask with kaolin, treats and refines the skin. A perfect addition to the apricot peeling.

Moisture mask
With apricot oil and panthenol, offers moistures and smoothness to the skin

Protective cream for the hands
Care and protection for stressed hands.

Yummi!

Banana split muffins

Ingredients
250 g margarine
160 g sugar
2 free-range eggs
2 mashed bananas
200 g whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. soy milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°. Fill 12 muffin silicon tins with printed paper liners.
In a large bowl combine margarine, sugar, the eggs and mashed bananas. Add the flour, salt and baking powder, stir well. Then add the milk and vanilla. At least add the chocolate chips and spoon the mixture into the muffin tins.

Bake around 22 minutes.
Drizzle some chocolate chips over the muffins for decoration. Serve with chai tea and soy milk.
