Delicious breakfast



That's what I had for breakfast today. Delicious and warm, hmmmm! And very easy to do:

Brown rice and barley cream
3/4 cup rice soaked
1/3 cup barley soaked
6 cups water
lemon zest
3 tbs brown rice syrup

Bring the rice, barley and the water to a boil. 
Cover and cook over low heat for about 2 hours until you get a creamy texture.
Add the lemon zest and brown rice syrup.
Serve with cinnamon and toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
