Food of the day: Blackberry ice cream


Summer is the perfect time to make your own ice cream. So here's a delicious and easy recipe for a fruity variation:


Blackberry ice cream on a stick

Makes 4 ice creams

225 g blackberries
100 g plain soy yogurt
1 tsp rice syrup


Add all ingredients together and put in the mixer. 
Fill the mixture into the cups and 
add the top with the stick.
Put in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
