Food of the day: Summer breeze salad with granola croutons


Fresh and healthy, this light salad will be our favourite lunch for this summer! Have a try.


Ingredients
140 g baby spinach
1 1/4 cups blueberries
1 1/4 cups cubed cantaloupe
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar dressing
1/2 cup granola

Arrange the spinach on a large platter or individual plates. 

Add the blueberries, cantaloupe and feta on top. 
Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil and sprinkle 
with granola.
