Detox, baby!


Spring is here! Means, summer will be here soon, means holidays, means beach, bikini, being in good shape - detox!



May we share with you some good advices we got from In and Young:

- Start the day with a shot of wheatgrass powder
Wheatgrass is well known for its rejuvenating and alkalising properties. It is a rich source of chlorophyll, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, fibres and energy-metabolising minerals. Which means you benefit from a healthy skin, a strong immune system and you get an energy boost.
Wheatgrass will help detox your body and is a good way to get rid of the excesses you accumulated in winter.
  
- Have a good breakfast by making your own, healthy muesli:
Put whole grain oats, soy flakes and wheatgerm in a bowl. Ad chia seeds, goji berries and almond milk and leave overnight. In the morning add some fresh fruits such as strawberries, banana or apple.

- Start lunch and dinner by eating a vegetable soup or miso soup.
Always include wholegrain cereals in your meals, such as brown rice or millet and vegetables, some well cooked and some raw such as salads and a vegetable proteĆ­n. You can also include seaweeds and toasted seeds, they will go great on top of your grains.

- As for snacks, eat a fruit or some almonds and nuts.
